Chicken Noodles









Chicken Noodles:




This Asian style hot and spicy Chicken Noodles recipe is easy to make and very tasty. This serves great as a light meal or as dinner. Also, this is one of the popular kids favorite & healthy dish,  as it has lots of vegetables and chicken, with noodles as main ingredient... !




Try out this delightful recipe..








Ingredients:




  • Boneless chicken                      - 250 g

  • Noodles                                    - 1 packet

  • Pepper                                     - 1 tbsp

  • Oil                                            - 2 tbsp

  • Garlic                                        - 5 or 6 flakes

  • Red chilly                                  - 2

  • Soya sauce                               - 3 tbsp

  • Green chilly sauce                     - 1 tbsp

  • Tomato sauce                           - ½ tbsp

  • Green chilly                               - 1

  • Vinegar                                     - 2 tbsp

  • Mixed vegetables     ( carrot, cabbage, spring onion, capsicum )                 - 1 small bowl











Method:














  1. Wash and cook the chicken with salt and pepper.

  2. Once the chicken is tender and completely cooked, keep it aside.

  3. Heat oil in a deep fry pan.

  4. Add chopped garlic and dry red chillies.

  5. Add all chopped vegetables, black pepper, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce and salt.

  6. Sauté in low flame for 5 mins.

  7. In a separate pan, cook the noodles ( I used maggi noodles ) as per the instructions.              ( without adding taste maker )

  8. When the noodles are cooked and soft, transfer them to the vegetables.

  9. Toss the noodles carefully, so that they don’t stick .

  10. Add the cooked chicken pieces,

  11. Add chopped green chillies and vinegar.

  12. Cook for 10 mins in reduced flame and stir well.















  1. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Vegetable Noodles





Vegetable Noodles:



This is yummy and kids favorite recipe. This is known for its high calorific appetizing dish. This has a perfect blend of flavor, colour and taste, also takes care of the nutritional balance. Vegetables like carrot, peas, beans, cabbage, capsicum can be added to this noodles.









Ingredients required:



·         Noodles                       - 1 packet

·         Vegetables                  - 1 cup

·         Ghee                           - 1 tbsp

·         Salt to taste



Procedure:



  1. Wash and cut all the vegetables to desired size and shape.

  2. Half cook the vegetables by adding salt and little water.

  3. Take a pan, add 3 cups of water, 1 tbsp ghee and allow to boil.

  4. Sprinkle the masala maker, and combine well.

  5. Once the water boils, add noodles and stir it.

  6. Allow to cook for 2 mins in medium heat.

  7. Lower the flame, add the cooked vegetables, mix them.

  8. Cover and cook in low flame for another, few mins.

  9. Stir well and garnish with chopped cabbage, coriander leaves.







  1. Serve hot with sauce.

Egg Noodles





Egg Noodles:







Its one of the favourite menus in my family…since it can be prepared within minutes and healthy too. Its spicy flavour and colour invites my family to the dining room at once.

Here we go…



Ingredients:



  • Eggs                            - 2

  • Noodles packet           - 1

  • Ghee                           - 2 tsp

  • Turmeric powder        - a pinch

  • Pepper powder           - ½ tsp

  • Tomato ketchup

  • Salt     

  • Coriander leaves



Method:



1.      Boil sufficient water, by adding  ghee to it.

2.      Add masala maker (from noodles packet) followed by noodles, stir well and allow to boil for 2 mins.

3.      Keep the flame low for 2 more mins for the noodles to get cooked completely.

4.      Take 2 eggs, beat well with stirrer by adding salt , turmeric powder, pepper powder.

5.      Make thick omelette and cut it into small pieces.

6.      Sprinkle egg over the noodles and mix them well.

7.      Garnish with coriander and tomato sauce.

8.      And, of course its ready to taste….
