Vegetable Noodles:
This is yummy and kids favorite recipe. This is known for its high calorific appetizing dish. This has a perfect blend of flavor, colour and taste, also takes care of the nutritional balance. Vegetables like carrot, peas, beans, cabbage, capsicum can be added to this noodles.
Ingredients required:
· Noodles - 1 packet
· Vegetables - 1 cup
· Ghee - 1 tbsp
· Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Wash and cut all the vegetables to desired size and shape.
- Half cook the vegetables by adding salt and little water.
- Take a pan, add 3 cups of water, 1 tbsp ghee and allow to boil.
- Sprinkle the masala maker, and combine well.
- Once the water boils, add noodles and stir it.
- Allow to cook for 2 mins in medium heat.
- Lower the flame, add the cooked vegetables, mix them.
- Cover and cook in low flame for another, few mins.
- Stir well and garnish with chopped cabbage, coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with sauce.
