Rava Kesari / Sooji Ka Halwa / Semolina Pudding

Rava  Kesari:

Tasty Sweet Kesari is a delicious South Indian dessert. This is prepared with Sooji  Rava, sugar and ghee. I have prepared this for  Navratri  Pooja  as Prasadam to God .

This festival special recipe is very easy to prepare and gets done under 15 minutes with minimal ingredients.
Its optional to use saffron soaked in milk for orange color, instead of using orange food color. And adding sugar is up to your taste.
