Ingredients:
· Fresh and peeled ginger - 3 inch piece one
· Fresh mint leaves chopped - ½ cup
· Fresh lime juice - ½ cup
· Sugar - as needed
· Salt - a pinch
· Freshly ground black pepper - a pinch
· Ice crushes - ½ cup
· Chilled water - 1 cup
Method:
1. In a blender, blend together all the ingredients, except ice.
2. Strain and serve chilled with ice crushes.
3. Garnish with fresh lime slices and attractive green mint leaves.
4. Tangy ginger lime cooler ready to relish.
