Ingredients:


  • Lemon                          - 1

  • Ginger                          - ½ inch piece

  • Sugar                           - 2 tbsp

  • Salt                              - a pinch





Method:





  1. In a glass, mix lemon juice, salt and sugar.

  2. Crush ginger well.

  3. Add to the juice.

  4. Add required chill water.

  5. Stir well and garnish with lemon slice.
